Instead of zero offset calibration, which can be done directly from your cycling computer, our service center provide full calibration process. This include laboratory adjusment of the torque tube slope, to be within declared +/- 1,5% precision. This process can be done in authorized service center only with special electronic tools. If your PowerTap do not proceed full calibration process at least once a year, it can display wrong values which are beyond the accuracy range. Hub firmware update (if necessary) is included, also diagnostic of your hub to ensure you have a great season of riding with accurate power, speed and cadence.
